Please choose carefully. Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to exchange products or accept returns unless there is a major product fault.
Sugar Plum takes no responsibility for the transport and arrival once leaving our store.
Sugar Plum takes no responsibility for where venues or clients choose to have the cake set, weather and temperature at the venue.
Please remember when transporting cakes to make sure they are on a flat stable surface, in a cool environment and out of direct sunlight.
Our custom range normally has a lead time of 4-5 days. Please check available slots during the checkout.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations for our custom range. If you cancel 7 days before your order pickup date, you are entitled to a full credit on your next order.
We do not offer changes on orders. Once we have received your order, the details are considered final. If you would like to make changes, please get in contact. However please note that this may incur extra fees and may not be possible.
Please note that if Mon becomes unwell or has the spicy cough (aka COVID) some aspects of your cake may need to changed.
Our cabinet range can be picked up the same or next day and is ready to eat.
We do not offer refunds or credits for our Cabinet Range.
